The hotel
To be able to feel like a personal guest when you go away is what most of us wish for, and precisely to achieve that, the accommodation on the farm has been created to give the feeling of a home snarare än ett hotell.
Svabesholms Gårdshotell has 8 rooms with a total of 27 beds. The rooms are inspired and colored according to the nature around us. Here you can find the heath, the flower meadow, the fruit forest, the sandy beach, the boy's apartment and the horse garden as well as Ryttmästaren and Utsikten! We have both double rooms and family rooms on the farm. As a resident guest in one of the farm's room options, you have access to the kitchen's fridge, freezer and microwave as well as the Mangårdsbygden's social areas.
Mangårdsbyggnaden
In the Mangårdsbygden you will find 3 rooms as well as a living room, a small dining room and a kitchen - for all our resident guests to use

We do not have TVs in our rooms on the hotel – - if desired, we recommend that you book a room at the Pensionat.
Family rooms
In the western part of the yard there are two family rooms with 5 beds, divided into two bedrooms that are in a row. Both family rooms have en-suite bathrooms.
Fruktskogen - 5 beds divided into 2 bedrooms that are in a row, with private bathroom and shower. 2 double beds + 1 single bed.
Hästhagen - 5 beds divided into 2 bedrooms that are in a row, with private bathroom and shower. 2 double beds + 1 single bed.
Apartments
In the corner of the right-hand side there are two small apartments, one on the ground floor and one on the upper floor - with its own entrance from the outside.
Ryttmästaren - Apartment on the ground floor facing the English Garden. 4 beds; 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed, in the sleeping alcove in the kitchen area. Private bathroom and shower.
There is also a small kitchenette and dining area.
Utsikten - Apartment on the upper floor facing the English Garden.
Double room with private bathroom and shower, here there is also a small kitchenette. This room is on the second floor, with a spiral staircase up from the outside.
Guest House Stenshuvud Pensionat
200 meters into Svinaberga village you will find Pensionat Stenshuvud. There we offer 21 beds in 8 rooms. Some of the rooms share a toilet out in the corridor, there are a total of 3 toilets with showers that are shared by 6 rooms. There is private parking away from the Guest House for its guests. Breakfast is served for all our guests in the farm's Café & Country Kitchen,
where check-in and check-out are also done for those staying at the Pensionatet.
Rooms with on-suite bathroom
At the Pensionatet we have two rooms with private bathroom and shower.
Number 1 double room with own bathroom and shower
Number 7 family room with on-suite bathroom and shower. 1 double bed + 1 bunk bed
We have TVs in all our rooms at the Pensionatet! There is also a small kitchen for our resident guests to use, for easier heating of food.
Rooms with shared bathroom
We also offer rooms without a private bathroom with a slightly simpler standard. There are a total of 3 bathrooms out in the corridor, 2 upstairs and 1 downstairs shared by a total of 6 rooms.

Number 6 - a bigger 3 bed room with 1 double bed + 1 single bed
Room 8 - a family room with 1 double bed + 1 bunk bed. You also have a small dining area and TV.
